Incidentally, there’s no real French phrase for “reflecting pool.” That’s one of the closer approximations I was able to get.
Yeah, I dropped the ball last week. I hate the run up to a con. I’ve got my books at the printer, which is great, but it’s still going to be a photo finish between my departure date and the day my books actually show up. Too late to do anything if they’re late. No real choice BUT to put all your eggs in one basket in this case. Fingers crossed.
Anyways, the good news is I’ve been grinding out pages all weekend so that hopefully I won’t drop the ball again for another several weeks. Next update Thursday, I think.
