Not much like home, is it, sweet pea?
O-KAY. Well, I’m still not sure where I’m at health- or psych-wise, but the comics page is at least done, which is always a good sign. Plus I’ve got a weekend coming up and I’ve got nowhere in particular to be, which means I can be where I want to be most – home, in front of my drawing table, watching teenagers get murdered.
Apparently low-qual horror movies are my muse, who knew?
Anyway, next page Monday, barring further nervous breakdowns!
The first things Ange sees are three smoke-ghosts; one with “demonic” eyes, one with rather neutral eyes, and one with sad-looking eyes. Being true to her nature, Ange speaks first to the sad-eyed one. (I wonder if it’s her inherently angelic nature that causes the smoke-ghost to vanish in a puff of even more insubstantial smoke when she reaches out to it…)
I somehow suspect that her dealings with Tailio the gate-dragon will turn out to be paradoxically helpful.
I’m *very* glad to hear that you are feeling better and that you’ll have a change to relax and restore yourself even more. May Angechat visit your dreams, and bestow healing sleep upon you!
