I think our little lady is finally starting to adjust to this place! Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing is based on your personal perception. 🙂
Happy 3:30 a.m! It was killer finishing this, especially when my drawing buddy just wanted to play videogames all night, and the French was a bitch – I think no matter the language you are studying, present-future conditional is a nightmare. Nonetheless, it’s done, and if I may toot my own horn to say so, not too shabby. 🙂
Standing by for grammatical corrections, and next comic goes up Thursday!
Love the “BOUF!” in the last panel.
Elle est française avec toute ses cheveux!
panel 6 seems to be in the text different, both texts work, but the translation is not a translation of the meaning:
“Si je lui a retrouverais, je devrais intégrer avec eux” means, if I am correct, “When I have found him, I need to blend in with them.”
“Si je le veut retrouver, je devrais intégrer avec eux.” (If I want to find him, I need to …)
So, the second one is more correct? I’ll switch it out at the next update if it is.
Don’t worry.
Either case, it’s better for her to blend in and that meaning comes across just fine.
🙂
Have a fine day!
THANK YOU!
How’s she going to hide her halo?
It’s going to be black.
Pitch black.
A real fallen angel.
