Remember, a good partner will always call you on your B.S., because they care!
My workflow has hit the rocks lately, and it’s only going to get worse when our family vacation rolls around in about a week or so’s time. I’ll try to have enough comics ready to cover the gap. So next comic . . . Thursday or Friday, I guess. I’ll put the pedal to the floor this week and see how much I can catch up.
EDIT: Oh my god humans weren’t made for uninterrupted six-hour office meetings. That was horrible. I’m nauseous, fatigued, experiencing blurred vision and I think my hair’s falling out. I am so sorry about this, but I think I’m going to have to hold off on the update until Monday. I can’t even work on this. Good lord, how do people do this as a REGULAR THING?!
RE-EDIT: Monday EVENING. I just finished inking but I’m afraid the post-production work will have to wait.
There are applicable rules anywhere.
You need to know the rules and abide by them.
If you don’t like a specific set of rules, move on to the next place and ignore the rules there…. :p
It’s just not what he’s used to…..
And we men are animals of habit.
It’s been fairly apparent that Demonchat feels very much out of place Up There, even though he’s enjoying the novelty – and the company! That must be what Ange is getting at.
But how did she feel about Down Below?
She did not stay there.
She went to find him and get him out of trouble.
Presumably they left immediately afterwards.
I would guess that what little she saw of it, she didn’t like. Especially not after she met Lolo.
But there is a pond of Perrier!

How do people do what as a regular thing, meetings or comics?
Indeed.
But then, if the type of meeting allows, one can doodle on a piece of paper.
you could lay the base lines for a future comic….

There was even a scientific paper about it, see this news article (German, sorry)

Now you know why people who work for a living are far too eager for alcohol and mindless TV programs when they get home, why the snooze button on their alarm clock is worn smooth, and why they get as excited as schoolchildren about mandatory federal holidays.
Did work for a living before this, but never in a capacity that required a SIX HOURS STRAIGHT MEETING. If there isn’t a law against that practice already on the books, there should be.
Some people would consider a six-hour meeting better than having to WORK for six hours. But I do hope they gave you bathroom breaks and lunch…
Yeah. I don’t like meetings either.
But then, that may be my AD-(dis)order influencing me…
You alright, Honeybun?
Just keep the next post at Monday, you’re busy as are we.
