Unfortunately sometimes having to digitize drawings or paintings does more harm than good, but I did work hard on this one and hopefully that still comes through.
They do make a cute couple, don’t they? 🙂
One more piece of bonus art, then a little bit of time off to get geared up for the next chapter, and then . . . well, the next chapter!
See ya Monday!
EDIT: Due to a combination of reduced free time from working this weekend and a new 3DS game to which I have not yet developed an immunity, the update will be in the evening.
Wow.
Must have been looking absolutely stunning in the original, non digitized, version.
I confess, I DID add the moon’s corona in post. But yeah, when you scan something you paint, all the brushstrokes just end up looking patchy instead of artistic. I miss that.
Ever tried making a photo?
That sometimes works better than using the scanner.
But it takes time to find a good setup (angle for camera, place to position the image flat,…) and lighting….
I don’t see anything there to complain about – it’s *BEAUTIFUL*! Has Demonchat, living underground all his life so far, ever even *seen* the Moon? Or is this yet another wonderful thing Angelchat is teaching him about? Either way, the light of the full Moon has always been an incitement to romance…
OH THIIIIIIIIIS EES THE NIIIIIIIIGHT, EET’S A BEYOOOOOOOOTIFUL NIIIIIIIGHT, AND THEY CALLLLLLL EET BELLLLLLA NOTTEEEEEEE . . . .
*tee hee*
English, French, Esperanto, and now Italian?
(In case you or the kitties need to know: “the beautiful night” = “la belle nuit”; “in the moonlight” = “au claire de lune”; “moondance” = “http://youtu.be/6lFxGBB4UGU”)
